Welcome to my website! Here you can learn a little about myself, like current academic and work projects, blog posts, and more. Also, this website hosts academic resources (in Spanish) for the courses I had the opportunity to teach. Useful for past and future students!

This started as a PhD student at Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de México under the guidance of Dr. Jorge Ángel González Ordiano, Dr. José Emilio Quiroz Ibarra, and Dr. Steve Simske. The research project is named Multimodal Sentiment Analysis on Digital Social Networks.

Additionally, I have the fortune to work teaching undergraduates at the university since Spring 2022. Teaching urges you to improve and update your knowledge, thus challenging yourself to be a better academic for your student’s sake.

Update: In November, 2025 I finally obtained my PhD! Now, I’m still working as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de México. However, work has pushed me to explore the popular and selling side of AI. This has made me change what new subjects to teach and how to transfer the knowledge to future generations.

Can Quantum-Mechanical Description of Physical Reality Be Considered Complete?

In a complete theory there is an element corresponding to each element of reality. A sufficient condition for the reality of a physical quantity is the possibility of predicting it with certainty, without disturbing the system. In quantum mechanics in the case of two physical quantities described by non-commuting operators, the knowledge of one precludes the knowledge of the other. Then either (1) the description of reality given by the wave function in quantum mechanics is not complete or (2) these two quantities cannot have simultaneous reality. Consideration of the problem of making predictions concerning a system on the basis of measurements made on another system that had previously interacted with it leads to the result that if (1) is false then (2) is also false. One is thus led to conclude that the description of reality as given by a wave function is not complete.
